How many dogs do you take at one time?

The amount of dogs we have at one time varies throughout the year. When scheduling, we always keep in mind the size and temperament of each dog, as well as our schedules, so we do not overwhelm ourselves. During a busy season, you can expect CJ Sitters to be hosting around 5 dogs at a time in addition to our little guy.

Do you have any breed restrictions?

Safety is our top priority. Dogs being boarded in our home must get along well with all other dogs, without exception. While we would love to accept any breeds into our home, some pups are happier and safer in a solo environment. For this type of situation, we offer overnight stays or drop-ins in your home.

Will You accept a dog without doing a Meet & Greet?

A meet & greet is a requirement before booking a service with us. This allows us to meet you & your pet and ensure that all parties feel safe and comfortable and that it is a good fit all around.

would you consider LAST-MINUTE requests?

Yes, don’t hesitate to send a last-minute request but please understand we may not always be available. If we are available, we’re always happy to help!

WHat if you are not available during a portion of my pet’s Stay?

There are times when we are not available for a requested stay in its entirety. In these types of situations, Hailey will step in and take over for us. If you would like her to be involved in your pet’s stay and want to meet her at the meet & greet, please let us know upon scheduling.

WHat if my pet isn’t doing well while being boarded in Your home?

We understand it takes pets some time to adjust to a new environment. In severe cases (frequent accidents, tearing up things in the home, not getting along with others, etc.) we would offer to bring your pet back to your home and continue caring for them there for the remainder of the stay.

How do you accept payment?

We accept various forms of payment such as cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, check, and cash. Payment is accepted at the end of your pet’s stay.
